We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting to join our Accounting & Finance team. As a remote opportunity, this role requires minimal travel and is ideal for candidates in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee.

The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000 based on education and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all North American financial reporting functions, including the monthly general ledger close, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and financial forecasting.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including data gathering, model development, and collaboration with business units.
  • Establish revenue recognition policies and procedures that are operationally efficient and technically sound.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial, legal, and regulatory requirements, including quarterly and annual debt covenants.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting or Finance, required.
  • Certified Professional Accountant (CPA), required.
  • 5+ years of previous experience in a Controller or senior executive finance role.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance and managing a team.
