Job Title: Vice President of Human Resources

An Exciting Opportunity to Drive HR Strategy and Growth

Jobot is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Human Resources to join our executive team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business objectives.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment, maintaining high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Lead the implementation of our company culture and values.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resources function, including talent acquisition, talent management, benefits, compensation, employee engagement, and employee development.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a VP of Human Resources or similar role.
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and business development.
  • Experience in managing HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, and development.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Professional HR certification, such as SHRM-CP, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level HR role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a deep commitment to developing a positive organizational culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on the executive management team that provides company leadership and direction.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with the company Board of Directors.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel and database management and record keeping.
