- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality and service.
- Provide direction and communication to team members regarding operational updates and procedural changes.
- Support team member development through ongoing feedback.
- Maintain an accurate and current staffing plan with trained and competent individuals.
- Have comprehensive knowledge of all departmental policies, standards, and procedures.
- Be familiar with available services, amenities, and offerings.
- Be available for work assignments outside of the standard schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as communicated by management.
- Step in as needed to ensure guest service standards and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with the Human Resources Director for proper documentation and performance management.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in retail management, preferably in market management, with increasing levels of responsibility.

- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
