Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our Hermès Parfums Americas team in Miami. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and animations in Travel Retail Americas, South and Central Americas Local Markets, and the Caribbean.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans in partnership with local distributors, retailers, and Hermès Stores managers.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of launches and animations through 360 reports.
  • Implement the Visual Merchandising strategy in the entire region.
  • Construct annual forecasts for novelties and launches with the marketing director and commercial and operations teams.

Visual Merchandising

  • Provide countries with merchandising information to ensure proper merchandising in each POS.
  • Ensure the perfect execution of the in-store Visual Merchandising strategy in the region.
  • Constantly follow up and update the regional visual database.
  • Create generic and custom-made planograms.

Trade Marketing (In-Store and Digital)

  • Implement and activate the marketing trade plan in the region.
  • Follow up on the marketing trade plan per distributor and within the global budget.
  • Creative briefing to vendors according to merchandising guidelines.
  • Follow up and contact with vendors in the region.

Marketing Budget

  • Prepare the Marketing annual budget.
  • Follow up on marketing activations and visual implementation in the region.
  • Enter and monitor marketing expenses in our internal My Eeasy Order tool.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business or Marketing, MBA is a plus.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a marketing role in luxury, perfumes, and cosmetics industry.
  • Curious, analytical, multi-tasking, and team player.
  • Understanding of the luxury industry and high-net-worth consumers.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience delivering work within deadlines and budgets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English and Spanish required, French is a plus.
