Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Aluminum MIG Welder to join our team at EnerStaff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for welding aluminum components in various positions, including vertical, horizontal, and overhead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weld aluminum components in various positions, including vertical, horizontal, and overhead
  • Set up components for welding according to detailed specifications
  • Rig, lift, set, align, and fit equipment in position according to drawings and specifications
  • Perform maintenance on and inspection of existing, aging equipment for defects, damage, and deterioration
  • Operate electrical test equipment, including Hi-Pot, Ductor, and Megger
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of welding experience, including aluminum GMAW and GTAW welding in industrial outdoor environments
  • 3-5 years of pipefitting, rigging, ironworking, or related experience
  • Familiarity with medium and high voltage electrical equipment
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and proper use of protective equipment
Additional Requirements

  • Ability to work in various environments, including power plants, nuclear facilities, and petrochemical facilities
  • Valid and current driver's license
