Regional Director of CRNA Services

NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of CRNA Services to lead our team of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) in the Detroit, Michigan area. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our anesthesia departments within Corewell Health.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, W2 employed position that comes with a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $245,000, a leadership stipend of $40,000, and a sign-on bonus of $40,000. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including health, vision, dental, mental health resources, and a 401K plan with company match.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and develop our Chief CRNAs, building leadership strength within the team.
- Foster a culture of excellence and strong leadership at clinical sites, attracting top-tier CRNA talent.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to address challenges and seize opportunities at both the site and market level.
- Maintain a business-owner mindset, ensuring efficient CRNA clinical operations and outstanding patient outcomes.
- Participate in business development and start-up initiatives, driving market growth and expansion.
- Stay clinically proficient and actively engaged.
We are seeking a leader with a growth mindset, who embodies the principles of servant leadership and prioritizes service. You should have Chief level or equivalent experience, although we prioritize mindset and cultural alignment in our hiring process. You must also maintain CRNA certification in good standing with the NBCRNA and the state Board of Nursing, and be based in or near Detroit, Michigan.
