About the Position:

This role as a Nutrition Consultant will provide patients with personalized meal planning and nutrition education, both in-person and/or via video consultations. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with patients on a regular basis to review their progress, address health-related questions, and provide guidance on achieving their nutritional goals.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about nutrition, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with patients to develop and implement effective nutrition plans. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for reviewing patient medical charts, monitoring progress, and staying up-to-date with the clinic's preventative care protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized nutrition education and meal planning to patients
  • Meet with patients regularly to review progress and address health-related questions
  • Develop and implement effective nutrition plans to achieve patient goals
  • Review patient medical charts and monitor progress
  • Stay up-to-date with the clinic's preventative care protocols
Requirements:
  • Passion for nutrition and patient education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with patients and healthcare team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Full-time, day shift position, Monday to Friday
