Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Registration: Input patient demographic and insurance details with precision into our electronic medical record system.
  • Insurance Verification: Confirm insurance eligibility and manage co-pay collections efficiently.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
  • Clerical Support: Perform essential clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents.
  • Patient Flow Management: Assist in maintaining an efficient patient flow within the facility.
