The Role

As a Medical Device Manufacturing Improvement Lead, you will play a key role in driving process improvements, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and regulatory groups to ensure compliance
  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, BioMedical, or related field
  • 15 years of demonstrated experience in Manufacturing/Process Engineering in GMP manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of medical device manufacturing processes, regulations, and policies
