Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise production and warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations and high-quality products.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing and shipping plans, including capacity planning and resource allocation.
  • Resolve logistics-related problems and collaborate with supply chain teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Assume responsibilities of the Plant Manager in their absence.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Knowledge of food processing, quality assurance programs, GMPs, SQF, and HACCP.
  • Logistics and transportation knowledge (a plus).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite program (a plus).
