Job Title: ESOL Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ESOL Assistant to provide assistance to students in basic subject areas, using English and the native language when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic support to students with limited English proficiency
  • Use English and the native language to facilitate understanding
  • Work with students in Math, Science, Social Studies, and Computer Literacy
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure student success

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 60 semester hours from an accredited educational institution
  • Experience working with school-age children and youth preferred
  • Valid Florida Driver License
