Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe working environment through effective housekeeping, proper labeling, and waste disposal.
- Perform data entry and manage documentation for the shipment of materials.
- Utilize computers for the automated processing of products.
- Transport materials and manage processing within the Clean Room.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area while adhering to Clean Room protocols.
- Execute collaterals/reel/tape changes as required.
- Assist in de-bonding wafers.
- Conduct routine after-processing tasks.
- Support daily conversion/set-up based on product requirements.
- Facilitate metrology inspections.
- Report any failures to certified technicians.
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and navigate complex issues.
- Capability to distinguish colors and respond to visual alarms.
- Ability to hear machine alarms and react promptly.
- Basic computer skills for accurate data entry.
- Proficiency in reading and following written procedures on a computer screen.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions while adhering to safety protocols.
- Previous experience in a fabrication environment or high-volume manufacturing is advantageous.
Physical Requirements:
- All tasks are performed in a Clean Room setting, necessitating the use of a cleanroom suit, safety glasses, gloves, and a mask. The environment prohibits the use of makeup, hairspray, and fragrances.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, walk to handle products, and perform various physical movements.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to navigate stairs and manage wafer lots and carts.
Educational Background:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentage calculations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is a plus.
Compensation:
- Starting at $18.50/hr, with additional shift premiums (15%) for night shifts.
- Overtime compensation is provided after 10 hours of work each shift.
- Potential for 28 hours of overtime monthly.
Work Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts available for both day and night.
- Compressed work schedule (4, 5, 6, and 7 days).
- Day shifts alternate between 3 and 4 working days weekly.
- Night shifts follow a similar alternating schedule.
