MaineHealth Nephrology is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider to join our dedicated team of seven (7) healthcare professionals specializing in nephrology. The primary duties will involve managing patients with chronic kidney disease in an outpatient environment, conducting rounds in dialysis facilities, and providing hospital coverage, which may include occasional night or weekend shifts. There is also an opportunity to work a (4 x 10) schedule with an average of two weekends per year.

The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with strong communication and problem-solving abilities, capable of building and maintaining effective relationships with patients, physicians, and staff. Experience in delivering healthcare education to patients and their families is highly valued. We seek a professional with a background in clinical settings, particularly in managing patients with chronic illnesses.
