Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee clinical programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans, therapy programs, and other initiatives that promote patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and direct nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective program implementation.
  • Coordinate and maintain documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • Current RN licensure in Texas required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience in clinical program development and management.
