Job Overview: Control Panel Quality Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Control Panel Quality Engineer to join our team at Panelmatic Inc. This role requires a strong background in electrical inspection and testing, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

About the Job:

  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure the highest quality products meet our customers' expectations.
  • Inspect and test electrical control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of output samples, including measuring dimensions, examining functionality, and electrical testing as required.
  • Record inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes, and inputting data into a quality database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes.
  • Analyze inspection results to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of quality control processes and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to production team members on quality control measures.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree required.
  • Two plus years of experience with electrical inspection and testing preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills required.
  • Keen attention to detail required.
