Aerospace Quality Engineer Role Overview

At Trigo ADR Americas, we are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Quality Engineer to join our team. As an Aerospace Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating and/or appraising supplier's manufacturing capabilities to baseline their processes for conformance to various documented commodity checklists, and/or QMS special processes.

This role involves establishing part quality evaluation plans from materials requests through material receipt (full life-cycle) and providing resolution and disposition of non-conformance materials to ensure adequate corrective action. You will also provide excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) to manage supplier quality assurance responsibilities and ensure compliance across and at all levels of the organization on major programs from design through production stages.

We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong emphasis on RCCA and CAPA experience is required.

In this role, you will participate in QMS Audits for process deficiency and correction, ensuring that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements. You will interact in the areas of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation, and reliability, inventory control, and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality.

The estimated salary for this role is $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
