Job Overview

AbbVie is seeking a highly skilled Associate Medical/Scientific Director to provide strategic and operational input into core medical affairs activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and relevant therapeutic areas.

The Associate Medical/Scientific Director will work closely with commercial teams to provide strategic medical input into core brand strategies and support medical and marketing activities. Key responsibilities include contributing to the development of brand strategies, leading and supporting Medical Affairs initiatives, and generating clinical and scientific data.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in the sciences, with an advanced degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with substantial understanding of relevant therapeutic areas. Knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory requirements is also preferred.
