About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revit API Software Engineer to join our team at IMEG Corp. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our proprietary 'RAPIL' (Revit API Layer) codebase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Development Manager to drive software design and coding initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our RAPIL codebase
  • Participate in company development meetings and contribute to technical discussions
  • Continuously improve coding skills and learn from the codebase
  • Write and maintain high-quality code
  • Address minor bug fixes and monitor technical performance of internal systems
  • Respond to requests from the development team and gather information from consumers about program functionality
  • Assist with documentation and conduct development tests
  • Write unit tests and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit API, C#, and WPF Framework
  • Knowledge of databases and operating systems
  • Good working knowledge of email systems and Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
  • Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of basic coding languages including C#, HTML5, and JavaScript
  • Proficiency in Jira, Git, and Blazor preferred
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or CIS preferred
  • Equivalent of work experience in a related field required
  • 5+ years of Revit API experience in a professional software team environment
  • This position is not eligible for sponsorship
