Nurse Team Leader

The RN Team Leader is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, working closely with Medical Director, Clinical, and Administrative Leadership to ensure the smooth operation of our medical office. This role involves supervising clinical staff, coordinating recruitment, and assisting with day-to-day clinical issues.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of clinical staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and competency levels.
- Assist with staff scheduling, recruitment, and evaluation processes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Point of Care Testing (POCT), proficiency testing, and licensure.
- Develop and implement continuing education programs for clinical staff.
- Support performance improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey and current BLSHCP required.
- Valid NJ Driver's License required.
- 2-4 years nursing experience in a relevant field preferred.
