As the People Operations Manager at Aramark, you will deliver comprehensive HR support for the corporate functional teams and Centers of Excellence (COE).

This role encompasses the management and oversight of several critical HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Resolve issues and provide follow-up recommendations for corporate COEs, including but not limited to:
- Responding to hotline inquiries
- Conducting investigations and follow-ups
- Consulting on corrective actions and performance management
- Interpreting policies

- Drive Employee Engagement Initiatives:
- Develop and implement Engagement Action Plans
- Coordinate corporate engagement and celebration activities

- Oversee Talent Acquisition efforts:
