Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Danbury Senior Living in Huber Heights. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing routine charting and documentation duties, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify changes in resident condition and report any concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies in senior living care.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Ohio.
  • Experience in a nursing capacity in a senior living setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
