Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Total Renal Care, Inc. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our outpatient dialysis center.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families. You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. No prior dialysis experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients in an intimate outpatient setting
  • Work collaboratively with a positive and supportive team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, leveraging your nursing skills and knowledge
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice
  • CPR certification and IV certification (if required by state regulations)
  • High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a training program approved by the medical director and governing body
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
