Our mission is to provide outstanding customer support while ensuring our operations are conducted with the utmost integrity and efficiency. We are currently looking for a skilled and committed Tow Operator to enhance our team.
No prior experience required
We provide comprehensive training for new employees.
New hires will undergo a probationary period.
As a Tow Operator at St Charles Truck Factory, your primary responsibility will be to safely and effectively transport vehicles under various conditions. You will play a crucial role in delivering prompt and courteous service to our clients while upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tow trucks to relocate vehicles to specified destinations.
- Respond to urgent calls and requests for towing assistance.
- Evaluate and manage vehicles carefully to avoid further damage.
- Communicate clearly with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct maintenance checks on tow trucks to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing duties.
- Complete necessary documentation for each towing operation.
Qualifications:
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving history.
- Must successfully pass a DOT Physical and Background Check.
- Previous experience as a tow truck operator or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of vehicle handling and towing techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Capability to work independently and manage high-pressure scenarios.
- Availability for flexible working hours, including nights and weekends.
