We are in search of a dedicated Telecommunications Sales Representative to become a vital part of our enthusiastic team at MMG.
As a rapidly expanding sales organization, we collaborate with leading clients in the telecommunications sector. As we continue to grow and represent industry leaders, we are excited to welcome a new Telecommunications Sales Representative to our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:The Telecommunications Sales Representative will engage directly with our clients' local customer base to enhance brand visibility and identify suitable products or services that fulfill their requirements. This role demands the highest level of professionalism when addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Interact with customers within a designated area to inform them about the telecommunications offerings available through our clients.
- Build and sustain relationships with clients to promote repeat business and boost sales.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in telecommunications technology to provide precise information to customers.
- Notify customers about current promotions, bundled offerings, and special deals.
- Effectively address and resolve customer objections and concerns, showcasing product value and customizing solutions to meet customer needs to successfully close sales.
- Propose ideas to the Telecommunications Sales Representative team for product enhancements or innovative sales strategies based on customer feedback and market analysis.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within telecommunications or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to comprehend and articulate complex technical information.
