Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for performing housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing and disposing of trash. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our clients and residents.

Responsibilities
  • Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing and disposing of trash.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients and residents.
  • Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions.
  • Responsible for the safe and proper mixing and use of cleaning solutions while adhering to all safety precautions.
  • Report equipment/cleaning product needs and or malfunctions to supervisor in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure established standards, safety, and quality guidelines are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a positive attitude, be able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. You must also be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
