About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to join our Global Procurement team. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for strategically sourcing products and services for North America Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute long-term sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and improve productivity.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive commercial success.
  • Manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with Amazon's sustainability and social responsibility standards.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to deploy and manage the implementation of category strategies.
What You'll Need
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.

Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, you may also be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
