Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

At Signal, we're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our most strategic accounts, creating comprehensive account plans, and conducting regular performance reviews to ensure alignment with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of defined strategic accounts, focusing on building long-term relationships and driving account growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand account relationships and increase revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans that align with client objectives and company goals.
  • Conduct monthly KPI calls with strategic accounts to review performance metrics and address any issues or opportunities.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews to assess progress against strategic goals and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Facilitate annual strategy reviews to align on long-term objectives and set the direction for the upcoming year.
  • Collaborate with franchise partners as needed to maximize value and growth within existing strategic accounts.
  • Coordinate between franchises and strategic accounts to ensure alignment and support mutual success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive account performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
