Job Overview

Salary: $18-$19/hour DOE

Position Summary: The Batching Technician I will operate within a manufacturing and blending setting, adhering to specific guidelines for batching processes.

Work Schedule: 4am to 2:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement cGMPs and relevant regulations
  • Verify all incoming materials from the warehouse prior to initiating the batching process
  • Accurately weigh raw materials according to batch records
  • Follow precise mixing instructions and ingredient addition protocols
  • Lift materials weighing up to 25 kgs
  • Ensure thorough cleaning of equipment and confirm cleanliness before usage
  • Document all cleaning and batching activities in designated log books
  • Meet daily production schedules and objectives
  • Report any product inconsistencies to the batching manager or lead
  • Comprehend product mixing and batching guidelines
  • Accurately complete necessary paperwork
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Keep an accurate inventory of all ingredients and return unused items to the warehouse with proper labeling and weights
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
