About the Plumbing Foreman Role

The Plumbing Foreman role is part of our New Construction Group. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced plumber who enjoys working on job sites and seeing projects progress. As a leader, you will live out our core values, such as Integrity and Safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects as a working Foreman on new construction job sites.
  • Install all kinds of piping and plumbing systems in each stage of construction from slabs to finish-outs.
  • Collaborate with other mechanics and foremen to complete projects on time.
  • Read and understand architectural prints and utilize knowledge of code requirements.
  • Manage material orders, plumbing mechanics, and schedules.
  • Utilize clear communication with General contractors and other trades.
  • Provide guidance and share knowledge with Plumbing Mechanics who are just getting started in the trade.
  • Mindfulness and communication are key for the team to be successful.

Requirements:
  • 5-10+ years of plumbing construction experience.
  • An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
  • OSHA-10 certification.
  • A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.
  • A valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record.
  • A Journeyman's or Master's license is a plus.
  • Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email to communicate with any member of our customer's team.
