We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Food Preparation Specialist to join our dynamic kitchen team at Local Kitchens. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the preparation of high-quality dishes that meet our exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare and organize ingredients according to recipes and standards, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in food preparation.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized prep area, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring food stock and supplies levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing waste.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow, effective communication, and a positive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced kitchen environment, handling multiple tasks during peak hours and being willing to assist in various kitchen areas.

Requirements:
