The annual base salary range for this position reflects a nationwide market range and encompasses a wide spectrum of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary will be influenced by various factors, including the complexity and location of the role, as well as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience. Additionally, employees are eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards as part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program.

1What Is the Opportunity?
Under moderate supervision, this role manages auto salvage files and coordinates the sale of salvage assets while adhering to state titling laws and regulations.What Will You Do?
Process necessary documentation and title work to forward to the appropriate salvage vendor. Evaluate and determine the most effective disposal method while considering state titling laws and regulations. Set reminders for follow-up to ensure timely sale of assets. Review vendor invoices for proper expense management and follow up with repair shops or salvage/storage vendors if discrepancies are noted. Negotiate to ensure fair and reasonable expense management. Process credits and debits to the claim file and conduct periodic reconciliation reviews. Verify the proper execution of inbound field titling documents and notify relevant parties for claim payment when appropriate. Assist in resolving incorrectly executed titling documents as needed. Establish minimum bids using the salvage vendor pricing system and input accurate data for precise pricing results. Provide counter bids when applicable. Review auto sale lists to ensure accurate sale data, loss type, area of damage, vehicle year, make and model, and percentage of damages. Assess photos for quality, parts authenticity, missing equipment, and inconsistencies with accident facts or appraisals. Conduct random audits of sale prices by attending internet auto auctions to compare sale prices with gross proceeds. Complete and document quarterly reviews of reconciliation reports. Update salvage capture screens throughout the process and document claim file activities not listed in the salvage capture screens to ensure data integrity. Finalize left with owner vehicles and title issues according to local office workflow. Determine the appropriate location for the return of closed files, subrogation, or appraiser. Complete First Notice of Loss as necessary; resolve or transfer claims. Perform other duties as assigned.What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
