* Document patient care accurately and timely, adhering to professional and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

* Current RN Licensure with state of employment with no encumbrance.
* Previous nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care, highly preferred.
* Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to provide comfort and support to patients and families during a challenging time.
* Valid driver's license with current automobile insurance.
* Reliable vehicle.
