Job Title: RN - Nurse

Brighton Hospice is a rapidly growing industry leader seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing comfort, dignity, and care to patients in their final months.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical, functional, spiritual, psycho-social, and environmental needs.
  • Partner with an interdisciplinary team to implement and manage plans of care, determining scope, priority, and frequency of services based on patient/family needs.
  • Consult with and educate patients and families regarding disease processes, self-care techniques, end-of-life care, and ethical concerns.
  • Communicate with medical directors and other clinicians regarding changes in patient needs and outcomes of intervention.
  • Prepare and submit documentation of observations, findings, and services provided.

Qualifications:
  • Active RN license required.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for patient visits.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to complete patient charting on a daily basis.
