Position Summary

If you have a strong interest in the biomedical and device sector, this role presents an exciting opportunity. As a member of our team, you will receive hands-on training to thrive in this profession. This position entails approximately 50% travel across the United States, providing you with the chance to discover new locations while making a significant impact. Key Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate initiative and independent judgment in your work.
  2. Engage in extensive travel, covering various regions within the continental United States.
  3. Maintain precise service records, expense reports, and datasheets, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
  4. Acquaint yourself with company quality manuals, safety protocols, and manufacturing standards.
  5. Interact professionally with clients through on-site visits and phone communications.
  6. Assist in the assembly and repair of components and devices.
  7. Install and test medical equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
  8. Implement strategies to maintain equipment in excellent condition.
  9. Quickly troubleshoot and resolve device performance issues.
  10. Be prepared to address equipment malfunctions and provide solutions as necessary.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in electrical engineering technology, with coursework in digital and analog circuits.
  • Strong understanding of electronic and engineering principles, with the ability to troubleshoot using schematics, DVM, and oscilloscope.
  • Mechanical aptitude in assembly/disassembly settings and familiarity with various soldering techniques.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to quality and safety standards.
  • Ability to obtain a credit card.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Effective time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of biomedical devices and electronics.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Field experience in a related area.
