About the Position
The Lead .NET Software Engineer will engage with development code and data frameworks in a dynamic Agile setting. This role involves the creation, adjustment, and upkeep of the WEX Health Cloud platform. The candidate must be adept at making prompt evaluations and transitioning between tasks efficiently while managing requests in a timely manner.

Your Contribution

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, architect, and construct a data and services infrastructure for WEX Health utilizing advanced technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with senior colleagues and subject matter experts to maintain and enhance existing applications.
  • Execute maintenance programming for current versions.
  • Oversee ongoing data architecture for the product.
Skills and Expertise Required:
  • Proficient in articulating technical concepts to fellow technical team members.
  • Ability to interact effectively with Professional Service personnel and other non-technical staff.
  • Proven capability to learn new technologies swiftly.
  • Knowledge relevant to the area of analysis and coding.
Qualifications You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education or experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in software systems, with a minimum of 5 years in ASP.Net, C#, WCF, and unit testing.
  • 5-7 years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale systems.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, ORMs, or IOC containers, and experience in Agile teams is advantageous.
  • Experience in database analysis, particularly SQL, and in troubleshooting customer issues.
  • Preferred experience in .NET framework development.
  • Strong skills in assisting customers through problem resolution.
  • Excellent communication abilities are essential.

Base pay is one part of WEX's comprehensive compensation package, which includes various benefits designed to support your personal and professional well-being.
