Key Responsibilities:

  1. Comply with Integer's core values, Behavioral Based Safety protocols, and Quality Policy.
  2. Prepare necessary equipment for assembly and inspection according to Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI's) and Quality Work Instructions (QWI's).
  3. Understand individual responsibilities and their relation to team dynamics, working under close supervision with clearly defined tasks.
  4. Assemble component parts following specifications, utilizing both manual and automated machinery.
  5. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications, identifying and reporting any quality issues.
  6. Complete required Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  7. Package assemblies for distribution as needed.
  8. Engage in team initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  9. Broaden skill set through on-the-job training, cross-training, and educational opportunities.
  10. Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to established procedures and regulations.
  11. Participate actively in designated break programs as required.
  12. Perform additional tasks as necessary.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Experience: 0-2 years of relevant work experience.

Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed instructions. Must be able to identify obvious defects in workmanship.

Preferred Skills: Familiarity with blueprints, microscopes, and measuring instruments is advantageous. Previous experience in light assembly within a regulated industry, particularly with medical devices, is preferred.

Other: Willingness to learn assembly operations; tasks are closely supervised.
