About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Residential Medication Assistant (CRMA) to join our dedicated team at Scarborough Terrace Assisted Living. As a CRMA, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Direct Care Provision: Provide individualized care to residents in accordance with their personalized care plans, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications as prescribed by physicians, accurately documenting all interactions.
  • Communication and Documentation: Record and communicate resident notes, incidents, and updates in our communication log, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Resident Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging environment, encouraging residents to participate in activities and maintain their physical and mental health.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Possess excellent communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Care Experience: Familiarity with memory care, senior care, hospice care, and dementia care is advantageous, but not mandatory.
