The Position
We are seeking a seasoned Nurse Case Management Compliance Officer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for conducting quality assurance audits, developing and implementing process improvements, and providing training and education to staff on quality assurance best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance Audits: Conduct thorough audits of case management processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training and Education: Educate staff on quality assurance best practices and provide training on new procedures.
- Regulatory Oversight: Ensure that all aspects of the organization are in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Nursing Degree: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Clinical Experience: At least 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in case management or quality assurance.
- Certifications: National certification (CRC, CIRS, CCRN, CVE, CCM, etc.) preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and public speaking skills.
