The Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Improvement Nurse Auditor to join our team. This individual will be responsible for conducting quality assurance audits, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Quality Assurance Audits: Perform thorough audits of case management processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop Process Improvements: Create and implement strategies to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide Training and Education: Educate staff on quality assurance best practices and provide training on new procedures.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Verify that all aspects of the organization are in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

  • Nursing Degree: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Clinical Experience: At least 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in case management or quality assurance.
  • Certifications: National certification (CRC, CIRS, CCRN, CVE, CCM, etc.) preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and public speaking skills.
