About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Senior Living at LHC Group. As a physiotherapist, you will work closely with patients and their families to provide comprehensive care and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients to determine rehabilitation potential and identify individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with patients and families to set goals and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Schedule patients for therapy sessions and provide education on proper techniques and exercises
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and develop discharge plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • CPR certification and other required certificates
