Role Responsibilities

- Lead a team of 2-3 in managing the forecasting process for Revenue, Opex, and Headcount within the Retail segment.

- Evaluate business cases for new products and platforms.

- Analyze data to provide insights on demand, pricing, and business optimizations.

- Reconcile programs created within our modeling tool (Model N) with customer data.

- Recommend process enhancements to reduce accounting and operational risks.

- Leverage knowledge of Retail business programs and promotions for accurate program calculations and insightful commentary on business trends.

- Ensure that anticipated programs are accurately forecasted and monitored in real-time.

- Conduct in-depth analyses of program-related issues to identify and resolve challenges.

- Envision process improvements and collaborate with analysts and IT to automate or semi-automate solutions.

In this position, you will collaborate across various functions, including the Retail Segment, Sales, Demand Planning, Pricing, Claims, IT, and BU Analytics leads.

Candidate Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across functions, including Retail Segment, Sales, Demand Planning, Pricing, Claims, IT, and BU Finance leads.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to driving improvements.

- Proficient in Excel and experienced with reporting and data analytics tools.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to conduct self-reviews.

- Proven ability to influence and drive change.

- 9+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Accounting, Business Finance, or Pricing.

- Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Previous management experience is preferred.
