About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an ABA Therapist at Behavioral Innovations. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in implementing child-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, tracking client progress, and analyzing data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disorders
  • Track client progress and analyze data to inform treatment plans
  • Collaborate with Lead RBTs for training and support
  • Provide high-quality care and build rapport with clients
  • Accurately measure and record data during therapy sessions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Time management, observation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Preferred experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a related field, such as teaching, special education, or child development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to growing environments and use creativity and critical thinking
