About the Role

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting geotechnical subsurface investigations related to site civil projects, including building foundations, cut and fill slopes, retaining walls, landslides, and pavements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct geotechnical subsurface investigations, including drilling, sampling, and laboratory testing.
  • Develop and implement geotechnical analysis and design solutions for site civil projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure geotechnical engineering solutions meet project requirements.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to clients and project teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Geotechnical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting geotechnical engineering.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
  • Highly motivated and self-starting individual with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • EIT or PE certification strongly preferred.
