Role Summary:
As a Lead Concierge, you will be stationed at the front desk, delivering exceptional concierge services that reflect a five-star standard. Your role will involve providing leadership, training, and support to fellow concierge team members. You will proactively anticipate and address the needs of our residents, ensuring solutions are offered before requests are made. The Concierge is dedicated to personalizing service delivery to meet the unique needs of each resident and visitor. The ideal candidate will also assist the life enrichment and administrative teams. This position is perfect for individuals who are collaborative, passionate, and committed to enhancing the lives of seniors.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess proficient typing and computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office. Previous experience with a multi-line switchboard is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment are essential. Effective communication skills, coupled with a commitment to treating all individuals with respect and integrity, are required.
