Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Real Estate Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at Twin Oaks Real Estate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for consistently reaching out and following up with leads to grow sales opportunities, holding buyer and seller consultations, and overseeing the entire process from listing to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Use your experience to train inexperienced agents through our Mentorship Program
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience

Requirements:

  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Technology driven
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
