Property Manager

You are a Property Manager responsible for overseeing property operations, managing tenant relations, and conducting property showings. This role includes various administrative duties and requires a California real estate license and prior experience in property management.

This position pays: $27-28/hour plus bonuses

Location: Benicia, CA

What you will be doing:

• Conduct property showings and manage tenant communication
• Handle administrative tasks, including document management and lease processing
• Oversee rent collection, maintenance requests, and property inspections
• Maintain accurate records and reports in AppFolio
• Collaborate with property owners and vendors to ensure optimal property performance

What you bring:

• Valid California real estate license
• Experience in property management and administrative duties
• Proficiency in AppFolio and Microsoft Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle tenant issues efficiently
