We are seeking a highly skilled Payments Analyst to join our team at Bally's Corporation. As a Payments Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online payment systems, ensuring that our customers can deposit and withdraw funds in a timely, secure, and seamless manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor Payments: Detect and investigate suspicious or unexpected payment activity, troubleshoot problems, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Payment Provider Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with payment providers to resolve operational and customer queries.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Support the testing of new payment solutions to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Customer Support: Respond to and resolve customer payment-related queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Chargeback Analysis and Dispute Management: Analyze and resolve chargebacks and disputes in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve our payment processes, enhancing the customer experience and reducing risk.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with key stakeholders, including Compliance, KYC, Fraud, Risk, AML, and Customer Support teams, to ensure alignment of processes and clear communication.
  • Flexible Working: Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, to support business needs.
Requirements
  • Experience with MS Office Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Customer Service and Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in customer service.
  • Online Sports Betting and Casino Experience: Experience working in the online sports betting and casino industry.
  • Judgment and Decision-Making: Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to make rational and balanced decisions.
  • Critical Thinking: Excellent critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Online Payments or Banking Experience: Experience working with online payments or banking systems.
  • Knowledge of Online Gaming Payments and AML Processes: Knowledge of online gaming payments and AML processes.
  • Education and Language: Bachelor's degree preferred, but commensurate experience considered. Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred).
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $58,000 per year.
