Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA

Luminous Pathways is a dynamic and growing organization in Dublin, CA, dedicated to providing exceptional services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a BCBA to conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, both children and adults.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy to individuals, including data collection and progress monitoring.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and effective treatment outcomes.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess individuals for autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation related to patient care.
  • Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and other professionals working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities, both children and adults.
  • Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures for autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Experience collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
