About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children and families in their own environments, creating an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness. You will learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.

Responsibilities
  • Create an environment that promotes skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness
  • Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
  • Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
  • Work with children to champion continued skill acquisition and development
