We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of children and adults with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct yourself in a professional manner and adhere to agency and statewide policies and procedures.
- Ensure the safety of individuals by maintaining a safe environment and encouraging self-determination.
- Assist participants with daily needs, routines, and activities as specified in care plans and behavior plans.
- Support individuals in integrating into the community through meaningful activities.
- Minimum 2-year college degree.
- Possess and maintain First Aid/CPR certification.
- Pass and maintain all DODD trainings.
- Minimum 6 months of experience working in direct care with adults and/or children with developmental disabilities and behaviors.
- Current RBT certification with the BACB.
- Pass a background check and a drug test.
- Possess and maintain a clean driving record.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
